Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, and underwriting information that you submit through our application questionnaires, contact forms, or by direct email or telephone. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and similar log data captured by standard server logging and analytics tools.
How we use information
Information you provide is used to evaluate surety bond applications, communicate with you about your account and our services, comply with anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations, and meet regulatory and reinsurance reporting requirements. Automatically collected information is used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
How we share information
We share underwriting information only with parties involved in placing, reinsuring, or administering your bond: our surety carriers, reinsurers, credit bureaus, regulatory authorities when required by law, and service providers operating under written confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Underwriting files are retained for the duration of any bond obligation plus the period required by state insurance statutes and our document-retention policy, typically not less than seven years after a file is closed.
